Condiciones de contrato
|
The boat is insured against third party accidents and own damages (shipwreck, collision, loss, fire, etc.) with the franchise of the deposit. All damages to the equipment or losses of its parts will be deducted from the deposit.
Negligence, misuse of the boat, damage or breaking the law are deemed sufficient reasons for the immediate of the contract. In this case, any money paid will belong to MOTONAÚTICA IBIZA by way of compensation. All expenses resulting from the above causes or from lack of expertise, forgetfulness, clumsiness or carelessness will be the responsibility of the client.
In case of rental with skipper, the client will only have to leave the 50% of the deposit being at the same time exempt from all liability concerning the piloting of the boat, but not the proper use of the boat.
All costs for transport or collection of the boat to or from a place outside the harbour of Ibiza, for moorings, skipper, and fuel taxes will be invoiced separately and are not included in the rental price.
One day of rental is the time between 10h. A.m. and 8h. P.m. of the same day. Any non-justified delay’ in boat return will be charged as an extra amonut related on the delay time.
The reservation of the boat only becomes effective upon receipt of 30% of total rental charge. The remaining 70% is to be paid in cash or by credit card before boarding.
The reservation of a boat is not available, MOTONAÚTICA IBIZA may, with the client’s approval, deliver another boat, charging or crediting the price difference to the account of the client. In case there is no boat available at all, MOTONAÚTICA IBIZA will refund the amounts received without further responsibility.
If the contract is terminated by the client, any money paid will belong to MOTONAÚTICA IBIZA by way of compensation.";
The client declares being qualified for navigating the boat that is object of this contract (in case of rental without skipper only).
The client declares that he receives the boat in good operating conditions with all the equipment necessary for navigation, giving his approval.
By signing this contract both parties manifest their agreement with all conditions of this contract.
